One Year Warranty, Refund & Replacement Policy

1. One‑Year Limited Warranty

We provide a one (1) year limited warranty on eligible products purchased from our store, starting from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Faulty workmanship

  • Functional issues under normal use

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, burns, liquid damage, misuse)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Accessories and consumables (unless stated otherwise)

  • Issues caused by improper use or failure to follow product instructions

If a defect is confirmed under warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.


2. Free Returns Policy (Pakistan‑Wide)

We offer FREE returns all over Pakistan for eligible orders.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product stops working under warranty conditions

Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for non‑warranty issues

  • Warranty claims can be submitted anytime within 1 year of delivery

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

Step 3: Free Return Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a free return pickup anywhere in Pakistan

  • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available)

Step 4: Resolution

After inspection, we will proceed with one of the following:

  • Replacement (sent free of cost)

  • Repair (if applicable)

  • Full or partial refund (depending on the case)


4. Refund Policy

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days after return delivery

  • Refund issued within: 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are shipped free of cost

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund or alternative product will be offered
